Actor Spaces will host the Parents Prep Your Junior Actor for Auditions – Auditions Masterclass on 07 March 2026 at Actor Spaces Studios in Braamfontein Werf. The masterclass is designed to equip parents and young performers with practical tools, insight, and confidence to navigate the competitive world of auditions. The session will be led by Ayanda Sithebe, Founder of Actor Spaces and an established Casting Director, alongside Felicia Sithebe, Co-Founder and Head of the Actor Spaces Junior Department. Together, they bring years of industry experience working with child performers across film, television, and commercial productions. The masterclass will focus on demystifying the audition process for junior actors, offering parents a clear understanding of casting expectations, age-appropriate preparation, and how to support young performers in a healthy and sustainable way. Topics will include audition etiquette, emotional readiness, confidence-building, and creating a supportive environment that nurtures talent without pressure. Speaking on the initiative, Ayanda Sithebe shared that the masterclass is about “bridging the gap between parents, young performers, and the casting room — ensuring children show up prepared, confident, and protected.”
