This women's month, we are excited to bring our 'Women Holding Things' event. This day will be about reflection and using creative practise to explore our emotions and connections with other women. We invite you to put down the many things you are holding and to pick up a paintbrush or pencil or whatever instrument for creative expression resonates with you on the day. We will begin with some gallery hopping for inspiration and then engage in art as we sip some warm beverages to wave the last of winter goodbye. We will supply everything you need so you do not have to worry about having to hold and carry more than you already do. Our theme is inspired by this beautiful piece by Maira Kalman: "What do women hold? The home and the family. And the children and the food. The friendships. The work. The work of the world. And the work of being human. The memories. and the triumphs. And the love."
