The mandala and henna experience will be guided by Sapna, an educational specialist, university lecturer, cultural storyteller and founder of Sattvik Henna. Working at the intersection of art, education and heritage, Sapna sees henna as far more than adornment: it is an archive, a conversation between generations and a form of embodied storytelling carrying traces of memory, migration, resistance and belonging. She will invite us to explore the symbolism of the mandala and create with intention, using the body as a canvas for the stories we carry. As we create, SAMA-winning singer, songwriter and poet Nomsa Mazwai—also known as Nomisupasta—will fill the space with song, bringing her distinctive voice and deep engagement with identity, belonging and social change to the morning.Rooted circlesMandala-inspired yoga flowRitual of a ginger and turmeric shotTraditional Indian bhelA blending of flavours and cultures
