Rise Up Through Rugby is an open community initiative designed to welcome girls and women of all backgrounds and fitness levels— with absolutely no rugby experience needed . This day is dedicated to standing in solid support of GBV survivors , the families who have tragically lost loved ones to violence, and the organizations working tirelessly on the frontline. How the competitions will run: There will be a Solo rugby Obstacle Course. One for U18's and one for Open Ladies (18 +). There will be a solo timed Bronco competition, that will be run throughout the event. The winners will be announced with all the other winners from 13h30am. If you would like to compete in the Group Rugby Obstacle Course and you have booked the 9am slot, then you need to arrive at the venue before 9am (8h45am) to sign up for the group competition. If you have not arrived by 9am, you will not be able to compete in the group Obstacle Course. If you have booked for 10h30am, you will need to arrive for the Group Rugby Obstacle Course by 10h15 to sign up for the competition. If you have not arrived by 10h30, you will not be allowed to compete in the group Obstacle Course.
