Destiny and love through ballet Join Cape Town City Ballet for a spectacular evening of dance under the stars. This exciting triple bill features Swan Lake Act 3 , where the seductive and powerful Odile dazzles with breathtaking technique and theatrical flair, followed immediately by a pas de deux of Dracula and Mina from David Nixon CBE’s Dracula . The programme ends with the world premiere of Bolero , a bold new work by choreographic duo Chesney Stanfield and Emile Petersen , created especially for Cape Town City Ballet and set to Ravel’s thrilling score. From classical brilliance to contemporary innovation, this is a celebration of dance in all its power and beauty.
