Look forward to refreshing combinations including Grilled Peach & Rocket Salad, Red Cabbage, Chickpea & Avocado Salad, Caprese Pasta Salad and the classic Caesar Salad. For seafood lovers, the Seafood Station is a highlight, featuring fresh oysters with salsa, whole baked salmon and an assortment of sushi served with pickled ginger and wasabi — the perfect way to add a touch of indulgence to your Christmas lunch. Then comes the heart of the feast: our Christmas Carvery. Savour roasted beef rump with rich beef gravy and Yorkshire pudding, rolled turkey with cranberry sauce, and honey-glazed smoked pork gammon with pineapple salsa.
