Half Price, West Coast Wolves and Badfish live at The Brass Bell Get ready for a high-energy Sunday by the ocean as three of Cape Town’s finest live acts take over the iconic Brass Bell on Sunday, 6 December. Added to these acts and keeping the vibe charging all afternoon, Miss Jackson will be on the decks spinning tracks between sets to make sure the party never drops a beat. Headlining the chaos are Cape Town’s non-profit party-punk legends, Half Price. Riding high off their massive European tour and the release of their latest album, Ska Daddy, the band is roaring into their 25th year with their signature explosive mix of satire, sarcasm, and ska. Joining the madness are the West Coast Wolves, bringing their fusion of dark country, alt-folk, surf-rock, and banjo-fuelled bluegrass. Known for their uninhibited, genre-bending live performances, the Wolves deliver a sonic heavy-hit built to get the entire room moving. Rounding out the bill is Badfish, Cape Town’s premier Sublime tribute featuring Ciaron Thompson, Lawrence Jaeger, Miggs Auer, and Adrian Bergoff alongside guest appearances from the local scene, delivering all the classic ska-punk hits and laid-back surf vibes you could ask for.
