Attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, security instructions and event policies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KHAYA, ET DE DEEJAY, NBJ, the event organisers, venue, performers, staff, contractors and service providers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for injury, loss or damage arising from an attendee's own actions, unlawful conduct, failure to follow reasonable instructions, or participation in activities outside the organisers' reasonable control. Attendees enter and participate at their own risk. Nothing in this waiver is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. ?? REFUND & TICKET POLICY All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable , except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the organisers expressly announce otherwise. Tickets are not transferable for cash and may not be resold for an amount exceeding the original ticket price. If the event is cancelled by the organisers , ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund process. If the event is postponed or rescheduled , tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to the terms communicated by the organisers. Any refund arrangements applicable to a postponed event will be communicated to ticket holders. No refund will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, change of personal circumstances, or refusal of entry resulting from failure to meet the 18+ age requirement, inability to provide valid identification, intoxication, disorderly conduct, breach of event rules, or other legitimate security or safety reasons . Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of the event's ticketing, entry, liability and refund policies.
