Hosted by Emmanuel from Panda Café , you’ll be guided through a carefully selected series of coffee and chocolate pairings, exploring how different roast profiles, aromas and flavour characteristics interact with chocolate — bringing out surprising notes and flavours you may never have noticed before. Unlike our casual pop-up tasting, this is the full sit-down experience . Emmanuel will take the time to guide you through each pairing, explaining what to look for, how to taste the combinations and why certain flavours work so beautifully together.
