Join Heather Mason ( 2Summers ) for the 2Summers Eat & Walk, which will celebrate Heritage Weekend through Brixton's food and culture. We'll gather at Breezeblock, our neighborhood café, then take a short stroll around Brixton, visiting a few of Brixton's local foodies and tasting their cuisine. Stops will include the home of Dave Mthembu, the obsessive bread-baker behind @Mthemdoughs , and Kia Thelele , a local chicken-whisperer/egg-seller and chef. You'll also taste Brixton's best amagwinya, courtesy of our neighbor Jeanette, and we'll take a house tour of the Flamingo Palace, the pink Victorian home that Heather and her partner, Thorsten, recently renovated. The 2Summers Eat and Walk is strictly limited to 12 guests.
